Looking at both sides of the coin is prudent. I invested in current management. If a stock goes pink that does not mean its a bad investment. Just looking for clarity regarding previous PR's. It's only fair as an investor to be confused without a clear and understandable PR that updates previous PR's.

Why don't I sell? This is an OTC company which means very risky. Current management is worth the price of admission.

More reasons why I have not sold is because of these excerpts for the SEC Form 10-12G.

"In addition, the Company has developed a complete E-Commerce network for agents, banks and bank associations as well as enhanced the overall marketing materials for banks and bank clients."

"The recent repeal of the Glass Stegall Act has created an opportunity for the Company to capitalize on additional market share utilizing our niche market access in conjunction with direct and in-direct providers wishing to access our market area. Therefore, to date, Government regulations on our Company has had a profoundly, positive impact."

NICM could become a serious B2B company in the financial industry. Combined with current management the positive is greater than the negative. Like I said, Knowing of both sides of the coin is prudent. Using words like complete, profoundly, positive impact are encouraging.

Just confused and frustrated but will not sell.
