Analog Devices Inc. (ADI) filed a patent infringement suit against Silicon Laboratories Inc. (SLAB) related to certain integrated circuits in Silicon Labs' DAA product line.
In a press release Monday, Analog Devices said it is seeking unspecified damages and an injunction against Silicon Labs' manufacture and sale of the alleged infringing products.
Silicon Laboratories wasn't immediately available for comment

I believe DAA products are used in modems to help isolate electronics from potential external issues. Source, yesterdays WSJ.
