You may be right about the institutions holding up CSCO. And I for one appreciate it.

If they are successful, we could see a short covering rally that could be interesting. One of the things that I have noticed is that the perma bears have much the same behavior as the tulipmaniacs. That is that they don't know when to take profits. I think that the unwillingness of the permabulls to let go caused the extreme nature of this correction, I also believe that we will see the same type of reaction on the other side. I haven't been to the clown thread in a few days, but I would bet my mom's sailboat that they aren't thinking of covering, in fact, I would bet that they are buying more poots. Manias can work in both directions and will generally amplify the move in the opposite direction. IMO.
