Dear Scumbria:

I give Clinton these accomplishments:

1) Lied to american people and the courts about his "Problem".

2) Put through a TAX increase to allow his party to spend more money (they controlled congress at that time).

3) Got us into more "Police Actions" than any other President.

4) Had many campaign abuses including the Chinese, the rental of the White House for "Sleep Overs", and other very tawdry items.

5) Won 1996 without garnering at least 50% of either the Electoral College or Popular Vote.

6) Is good at the "Town Meeting Format".

7) Removed many of the Presidential Perogatives by being in the wrong.

8) Besmirched the Presidency.

9) Failing to resign to save the US the embarassment.

10) Created a whole lot of material for Stand Up Comedians.

11) Fails to enforce Gun Laws to put gun toting criminals into prison for an extra five years.

12) Seems to like to make business for Trial Lawyers both personally and with the laws he promulgates.

13) Does not take the blame for problems on his watch. Thinks that "The Buck Stops Here" does not apply when things go wrong.

14) Does promote "Free Trade".

15) Supplied Congress after his Tax Increase with Budgets with 200 Billion Dollars Plus Deficits "As Far As The Eye Can See".

16) Had a good Economy Despite his attempts to Derail It.

17) Negotiated "Kyoto Treaty" that is DOA at Congress.

18) Signed up Alan Greenspan for Third Term (I think).

You can add to this list, if you would like.

Pete
