Pete, I'm going to torture you a little at a time about this. Remember Sarajevo? President Bush and General Powell decided that Bosnia was too risky an operation, and chose instead to allow the gracious hosts of the Olympics to be murdered, starved and tortured. Clinton inherted a huge mess, and a disastrous legacy. It took several years to undo the stupid policies put in place by his predecessors, but ultimately Clinton bombed the Serbs into compliance, with a minimum number of US casualties. More to come....
