2-3 factors that may be causing the decline on MSFT to low 60s.

The news (or noise) about Jim Alchin going on vacation and may or may not coming back may be viewed as -ve. Also note that TPJ is going to be on the driver seat of press news starting tomorrow as we head to oral hearing of the remedy phase.

What I don't know is how long will TPJ take to decide of he is going to have lengthy hearing (per MSFT's request) or give to DOJ's request for immediate remedy decree.

One other thing on stock front, I think lot of individuals who use put selling as a strategy on MSFT are getting assigned on their deep in the money puts and are being forced to sell the shares in the open market to avoid margin calls. This phenomenon may be driving the prices lower.

"you on the sidelines"

I'm on the sidelines with MSFT. This stock is a dead duck. I'm playing stocks like YHOO, SUNW, CSCO. They have a good daily spread with action every day. I'm keeping away from longterm plays until the fed cuts interest rates.

>>>now waiting for a new and lower range to be established? Looks like 65 is now resistance<<<

65 was support. It's now resistance. Next area of support is 55-60.
MSFT employees got stock options @ 65. Now under water!!
