heinz blasnik: I agree. Even though I have been using the term bear or bearish, I am only using them in the context of relating trending and or expected direction.

The NYA needs to join the COMPX in decline and both will need to breach longer term supports for me to call this more than a correction. For now I consider the COMPX in a strong correction. The NYA has yet to really participate much less confirm a decline.

Now I am not saying that will not happen, just that it has not happened, yet!

As I type, looks like the COMPX is beginning to descend and the NYA seems willing to tag along.
