Thanks, Paul. I'm yet to listen to it, but from what you say it sounds like they are at least facing the issues head on. However, in view of all this, the question comes up - why buy the stock here instead of waiting until they show some execution. Of course, a heck of a lot has been already discounted at $9, but that doesn't mean that buyers will necessarily flock to it *right this moment* - there just doesn't seem much reason to - with the Naz correction, some tech companies that DON'T have the problems and baggage NOVL has will get cheap... and if those get real cheap, who is going to spring for NOVL, no matter how "cheap" - they'd rather pick up a cheap "real blue-chip". In short, I'm afraid that there is not much to look forward to price-wise. Of course, I'm sure anyone who bought around $9 will do well, provided they are patient and are thinking in terms of 12-18 months rather than "right now".

Paul -- I hope there are a few more as optomistic as you. Agreed -- the restructure is not just cosmetic,, but too late to do much good. Who should have been thinking about this last year? The best thing would be to break it into parts and sell for what they can get! NOW before they can only get less..IMO this part of your post I can identify with <<"This is a breakthrough quarter for the company in terms of organization.">> Yes,, they broke through the ice and hypothermia has set in. Look for the 6 someone mentioned arelier as they have no credability left,, only a 'plan' that may or may not work,, hold onto your butt for 9 - 12 months and hope for a few points.
