absolutely...in fact the basic ingredients for the formation of bubbles and their subsequent unwinding are always the same.

the similarities are indeed baffling...even the general perception of the economy's invulnerability is similar to the way people thought of the Japanese economy at the time of their bubble topping out.

Does the divergence between equity and index put/call ratios today signify anything, like smarter money is bearish..or am I reaching here?
