No, no, you don't seem to understand. I'm holding your son against YOUR will. What,s a search warrant gonna do? I've got your kid and I'm not giving him back.... (You are against use of force) Question: At what point do you (or the police) attempt to rescue your son ? And will you use force in your rescue attempt? Think about it...and keep in mind I've got enough food to keep me barricaded for 10 years. . PS - I'm aware of the German case. And the government there should be reprimanded for the way they ruined a family. In the Elian case, however, the government is trying to reunite a family.
