Why do so few in Europe go to college? is it because so many are taken into industry and technical schools? If that is the case why is the European worker so bad in productivity?

Where do you get that idea? It's very difficult to compare school systems, but school system is one of the big prouds of my country. And if there are less graduates of universities here, it is simply because it is to difficult for a lot of people. But you can be sure, everybody who can, will go to university or high school.

WRT productivity, I think there is a lot of difference between different countries in Europe, more than in the US or Canada, I guess. And I would like to see a study where it is written that our productivity is lower.
