I was not going to go on the NutraSweet evils rampage. But I agree it is bad news.

I cringe when I see my husband drink diet coke after diet coke. But being that he is diabetic, he says.....you can't take everything away from him.....he really likes his pop. I agree, but it just adds a little bit more of a scare into my life.....

And as for this comment of yours.....

My downfall is chocolate. So when I get chocolate, I buy the French variety, very little fat, very dark, a little goes a long way!
I can tell you are too damned discplined for me and my vices!!! <ggg>
