I fear TPJ is going to quickly impose 3-4 way breakup and will submit the case directly to supreme court + will impose harsh restrictions on MSFT's business practices in the mean time => i.e. do everything he can to kill the company.

"I'm amazed that you consider the NYT more authoritative than Microsoft itself. Or are you calling Gary a liar?"
You're the one calling a reliable source a liar, ny times.

>Just because the New York Times prints it doesn't mean it's true, IMHO.<
Your above statement needs to be confirmed by a reliable source. Gary might be the most responsible person in the world, but I don't know him from adam.
Anyone posting on a BB is not considered a reliable source. If I told you Charlie Brown posted msft could buy back stock august 10th, I hardly think you would consider that a reliable source. The fact is, all you have for a source is IMHO. That's the reason I post my source with any important data & if it can be challenged with a respectable source, I want to be the first to know. So far all you've come up with is bb's post by 2 indivuals, one of whom confirmed the June 7 date. That's not good enough to challenge the ny times. Get a source or withdraw your statement. JH
