I also see the talk of going down to about 2900 means buying should be happening right now. Considering how much cash is on the sidelines (including mutual funds and retail), there is no way to time an entry at 2900. Big orders cannot be filled at those levels.

I am sticking to holding the QQQ Nasdaq100 units (and PMCS).
Already hold sizable position in JDSU.

The close will be interesting but the China deal might help the markets gain positive momentum. Of course there are no guarantees but things look pretty good at this point.

OTOT:Bullish report for 5/25/00

Correction on yesterday's post:
Judge Jackson wants to break MSFT into 3 companies
(not 2 like I stated in my post below ), Office, Windows, Explorer.

quicken.com

FANTASTIC!!!

Now I get to own 3 Monopolies instead of one.

Strategy:
Buy more MSFT @ flea market discounted price

After they double, then SUNW can get to complain again
to DOJ about unfair competition for JAVA, DOJ gets in again,
divides the company into..........6 smaller companies
( sort of like the 7 Baby Bells vbg ), I immediately buy at
the crash price, get to own SIX monopolies and we
start cycle all over again!!!

Todtman has got to love this bearish scenario too.

It's a win win situation for all on this thread,

:)

CSCO and MSFT, the leaders, very strong today, leading rally out of here ?

All bad news on MSFT and CSCO have been fully discounted.
In a few days the Dept of Justice will be done with their job.
MSFT will tell them " we are not breaking up the co ".
During the next 3 years of appeal
-MSFT will make a giant amount of money.
-No Appeals Court has ever broken up a company.

-At worse, as Abelson said when he recomm. MSFT at 65 ~ 3
weeks ago, we are going to have 2 monopolies
( Office and Windows ) instead of one, worth twice as much.

You can depend on Uncle Sam screwing up everytime,

:-)
