Why do a secondary? Why do it now? AMD has plenty of cash, and more on the way. Equity is far more expensive than debt leading to a much higher cost of capital. That train of thought makes no sense.

I think AMD has enough cash on hand, 900 million, and is about to receive another $350 million from the sale of comm division, and another $100 to $200 million in Q2 earnings.

Announcing a secondary in this market would be beyond belief. It would illustrate a complete lack of any credible business sense. Sure hope you are wrong.
