The parts shortage is way overblown. I listened to the entire CC a few weeks ago and it only affects about 5 % of the companies current sales. Some areas of components are affected, ie fast memory but what I've seen from the suppliers is not going to be too much of a problem going forward.

I noticed that TQNT was mentioned. Know the company well and one of my good friends who worked there says they are going gangbusters and the outlook is even stronger going forward. They can't build enough chips for the cell phone companies business is so good.

So I'm still very bullish wireless and the component suppliers.

Cisco had a nice bounce today finally. Lots of people want to own it at 50. Looks pretty strong to me here. At least until we get another Fed hike which I don't think will happen! JMHO

that's 26 today

SyncMan, it is just really hard to believe the stock could go to that price. Really hard and I am not saying it will.

Now I am dangerous when I start with this Funnymental Stuff but here goes:

The PEG on CSCO is 3.4 right now based on my data (and it may be off some but should be close) and the PE is 113.7.

Now I have not a clue what it SHOULD BE to be considered fair value but a PEG over 1 is supposed to be overvalued (I think that is a little low for a growth company so I will use 2). Now to get a PEG of 2 CSCO would have to trade at 27.79 based on an EPS of $.49 and a projected 1 year EPS growth rate of 28.64. Now lets use the projected 5 year growth rate of 41.03. For CSCO to have a PEG of 2 the price would be 39.79

Now don't everyone jump on me at once because I don't believe in Funnymentals either. G

I'd give it a 0.9% chance!
