Jackson I think will rule on June 1st, 2nd or 3rd after hearing from govt. on Friday 5/26 and from MSFT on Tues 5/29. When he rules it could very very harsh. I worry a lot about heavy business restrictions that Jackson might impose while the trial is in appeals. That is the biggest threat right now as it could have material impact. How to prepare for a tumble? I can either buy puts. DO nothing buy more at lower price. Will have to think through this one. But watch out late next week.
