Kevin: Good China article... I'm not concerned about the government's mistaken idea of greater involvement in the business sector... Without exception, centralized gov't involvement in the business sector in Russia, East Germany, Eastern Europe, North Korea, etc., has proven to be a failure... Any attempt to smother individual incentive and motivation, in business, by the bureaucratic hand of the Chinese gov't, will end in failure and loss of competitiveness... Only a relatively hands off approach to their business sector will pull China out of the early 20th century economic status it now occupies... Chinese heads will roll if they repeat the mistakes of the old Communists government's... I think the members of the Gov't like their heads... : > Jim
