I'm glad you clarified the HLTH-AMZN comparison, LOL.

But I disagree. Their business model is viable if you focus on the correct market. Medical information and financial transactions are a HUGE business. HLTH is the hands down leader with a huge lead on everybody else. Nobody is going to start a business like this. Of course, there is always risk. There are noises by some insurers that they will set up their own on line transactions company. I'm telling you, it is NOT going to happen. Even if they clear DOJ anti-trust hurdles (and the DOJ is might aggressive these days, don't you agree?), there are the logistics of competitors agreeing on a common structure.

Now, maybe you are confusing HLTH with KOOP? <g>
