And if we want to send a letter to your mailbox the U.S. post office is the only place that can do it. So what's your point. Think the Govt. will break up the post office?

To date they haven't That's the key. Maybe it would be a good idea if antitrust laws permitted breaking up a company because they might be bad in the future. But I can't recall a single case where that has actually happened. If MSFT wants to keep applications and services/Internet together, the appeals court will allow them IMO. The real question is: would the shareholders be better off with 3 Baby Bills or 2? MAD DOG
