I think the short interest shows why the short posters have been so active on the boards. If the market bases next week and the interest rate picture gets a bit clearer, then you will see the shorts abandoning ship. That's a lot of stock to cover.

Meanwhile, I hope everyone reading this moves their certificates to cash. This should prevent your shares from being borrowed for shorting. From my perspective, this is not a stock I want to margin anyway.
