<<Gateway is now "far and away" AMD's largest customer, said AMD spokesman John Greenagel.>>

Does this statement by Greenagel contradict general assumption here that CPQ is AMD's largest customer?

Joe,

Wouldn't have a clue about chipsets, you have been following things much more closely.

How is the driver support now? I would think with only a few graphics companies left and only two CPU companies left, the driver support should be excellent. I was contemplating upgrading one system with a PIII/motherboard, but the Athlon, or 800MHz TBird with new motherboard is a much better deal as long as the driver support is there.
