RS - IDD call charges are important to growth and marketability. For instance you say:- The US rate is 1.30-1.50, typically; calls to England from the US via G* are 1.91 and G* USA customers phoning home from England pay 2.29$, virtually the same number Vod quotes for "calls from the UK to Western Europe and the USA." Now how much is England to England? OK there is Planet Talk in England which gives you Egnland/US at about 5c per minute so you might be able to materially reduce an England/US call by using Planet Talk or a similar service. Maybe thats what the Priceline L/D service can offer country by country. the idea I have is to make IDD from high cost countries a lot cheaper so customers will grow in number and usage.
