Hi Barry, Good to see your smiling electrons back on the BB.

It was great to get a chance to meet you. Sorry I didn't meet your bride as well.

Several people have said that splitting the meeting into two pieces would have been better than our marathon meeting this time.

Thanks for making the paper available. I will have to look into how such things are done. Looks handy.

BTW, I've had some fun with that "tatoo" joke you told. Thanks, I always need a bit of new material!

Best regards, Tom

Hi Barry, we did miss you at the dinner, a great time was had by all. How long did it take you to get home? My trip went from a 3 1/2 hour flight to a 8 1/2 hour nightmare with me finally getting home in time to shave and go to work. I figure I still had a shorter trip than you did.
By the way, did you and your wife enjoy Lord of the Dance ( or was it River Dance)?

Regards
Scott

Hi, Barry. I'm also sorry we were unable to speak personally. I'll tell you, time just flew by that Monday, and I didn't get a chance to chat with many of the regulars here on SI. Unfortunately, I had to leave earlier after the meeting than I intended to. My little girl was ill on the flight and I had to check up on her both over lunch and right after the meeting. It turns out that she passed her illness on to me, and I started feeling the effects of it towards the end of my presentation. She and I are much better now, but my wife is in bed with the same thing. Funny how these things get passed around within a family. Anyway, I'm available for questions should you have any, and my hand-out included all of my power point slides. I also have a couple of pictures of you giving your presentation over at:

It was fun reliving the events through the pictures!

Sincerely,
RFH
