Charles, does heavy lifting involve breakup ? Looks like heavy stomping to me. My question was should the govt be in the business of vendetta or should one leave it to private companies and consumers ? Jaros suggested a milder remedy which seemed to suggest to me that he feels that the govt is overstepping its function and entering a blood feud.

I just heard that the DOJ is not changing anything of significance. They are going to refile the original form of order pretty much as is. I suppose that excepts the "definition of Microsoft" that the Judge wanted clarified such that Paul could own both companies, but Bill cannot.

Gee, I hope this doesn't upset things.
