PLUVIA it seems to me your call on TERN has no merit and it also appears that Anthony may know something ...I have been suspect of Pat Mudge and her relationship with TERN considering she is a share holder of CMTO and continues to defame TERN...and now I ask you another question.. Did Pat Mudge assist you (feeding you information)with your reports or original back ground checking on TERN? thank you Kimberly

Pluvia, I don't give a hoot about Anthony's thoughts concerning your post you've just linked to. I care about the following from it though: "...Terayon's products are based solely on a technology called S-CDMA (synchronous code division multiple access)" Because...that is a false statement. You yourself KNEW TERN offered for sale MODEM products that were already DOCSIS certified. "Solely" my butt! This indicates fraud on your part. You also promised research reports 2&3...they never came. Oh, thats right, TERN had fallen to as low as 57 before you posted the above false statement and the attendant argument based on it- so you'd already sold????and moved on???? So you, I presume, recommended shorting at $90 despite having sold your position already? Naw, you hadn't moved on yet...when you move on you quit posting sort reco's, no? ...and of course, the stock rose from the time of your posting that $90 short reco....to as high as $135. So, I suppose you did the bulk of your covering above $90 while folks were waiting for your further research reports to help take the stock down? Does that mean you covered while recommending others to short? Obviously, it does. And you clearly covered in silence on the TERN thread. Whether you covered mostly above or below $90(above seems a certainty), you do know that legally, that's just as bad as selling a cheaply purchased position while pumping the stock to others? I suppose you'd like to point out just where you went on record as covering? Now, you say you did cover and moved on...which HAD to be while your sell reco. repleate with the above FALSE information- stood(cause it still stands). Heck, NOW, your recommendation is finally in the money! What was your short target? 15 post split? Yeah. You shoulda waited! For the record, TERN's products include DOCSIS certified modems, DID AND DO and likely WILL include them in the future, too. They will also likely include TERN designed DOCSIS certified chips if necessary, IMO...not just OEM'd chips. You and your minions failed miserably to defend you on the TERN thread concerning the above....they didn't even TRY once confronted with the fact of your false statement as per above...nothing but silence!!!!! Now you reveal you covered back then, and whether it was BEFORE of AFTER that false information in your report, I'd say you have some splainin' to do, cause either way, you seem to now admit COVERING WHILE RECOMENDING OTHERS GO SHORT based partly on an immediately verifiable falsehood you told! That, frankly, sucks, Pluvia...don't you think so? Dang...issuing false information furthering your position...and covering as that information stood to encourage others to sell- thus HELPING you cover as low as you could. God forbid you'd admit the falsity of your information before you got covered, eh?!!? IF ever, LOL Forgive me if I don't sound too terribly pleasant...I'm not feeling pleasant where your actions are concerned...can't imagine ever feeling so...and I've never ever owned TERN...I've never had ANY reason to care where it's price headed, not personally, not for friends, acquaintances, nor family. I just detest the hypocrisy I see in you. Heck, I knew long ago, from your fistfull of anal sex jokes, the odds were your character was such that you'd goof up like this eventually. You've done it.
