Taiwan's DRAM maker will start manufacturing RDRAM in 2nd half of this year. RDRAM module companies are also willing to start producing RDRAM modules."

Prophet, you may want to look at the LEAP calls open interest, those shorts, I believe are more than 50% covered, and unlike the January rocket, now many of these new shorts are well in the money. It is rare to get a short squeeze twice in a year from the same stock. Shorts are quite savvy and do learn from history.
