Re. "There's a lesson in this. In the future, I'll keep my eyes open for any upcoming potential large proposed selling in any stock I buy, and wait till it's over."

One could also use this information in consideration of when to buy in, or add/average-down.

It looks like they have about 5.5 million shares left - based on a 15.8% ownership as of 12/31/99. This is a unique opportunity from an investor standpoint to keep accumulating. Reminds me of another investment opportunity with MO - another oversold stock - I've been accumulating this stock since February. I've been buying SNDK all week and will continue with any dip.
