Aggressive AIM long term performance

I don't know why I missed discussing this in my presentation. This little tidbit slaps me in the face every time I remember it.

When I plug in the starting price for my TXN AIM into the most recent row (i.e. starting price in today's date), it triggers a HUGE buy. The other thing that happens is that XIRR() recalculates. XIRR() tells me that AIM is giving me a 20% annual return for a stock whose price has gone NOWHERE for over 2 1/2 years!!! And this INCLUDES the effects of the cash contributions I made in 97-98 and the withdrawals I have made in 99-00.

So, call me a believer. More and more of my investment assets are being converted into AIMs.
