I did the math, and yesterday's drop was simply the reflection of the stock dilution based on wednesday's closing price.

IMHO most of the dilution from the deal has already happened. Monday we might see a small drop as people read the newspaper over the weekend and see how low this dog has gone.

Beyond that, Corel will resume its slow decline towards $1.50.

Wouldn't it be ironic if Inprise bought them out at that price?
