I thought you said Intel had a non exclusive license?

I did. But isn't Intel known for finding alternate routes to exclusivity? They already have a huge head start on the learning curve -- and that learning curve may be quite steep and long for something as different as OUM. Plus, we haven't seen all the details of the license. And if they wanted it badly enough, they could probably "buy the company". If OUM is indeed the holy grail, and sufficiently "ahead of its time", and Intel owned it -- the DOJ would have to go on a hiring spree.
