Wrong as usual. AMD hadn't even published a spec for 1 GHz operation. They didn't have a GHz device so Kryotech was overclocked by definition.

Scumbria Kryotech was a engineered solution not a overclocked one. AMD guaranteed those chips as they were supercooled.. Elmer FUD strikes again.
