Jim, any thoughts on GMH and/or ENE? I've been researching both of these stocks. I think that they both stand to benefit from new laws.

GMH is being spun off from GM. Once the arbitrauge is out of the way, the stock the stock should take off. Satellite companies are able to offer local tv along with premium channels at a much lower cost than cable companies.

ENE is making its own market in electricity taking advantage of deregulation and plans to make a market on
broadband using the same concept.

Jim:

I came to that conclusion a few weeks ago. I don't like to sell short, so prefer to stay on the "sidelines" and remain in cash until I can see some improvement on the market condition.
