If you're in business for yourself I think it's the only way to do business. The customer is not always right. In fact they are usually WRONG. I hope you are kidding LOL! Or maybe you are referring to when the famous Gloopmeister is a customer? THEN the customer is usually wrong. Even in Wisconsin the customer is usually right. Especially when I drive a few miles North to buy stuff. I have a rule of thumb. I will not invest in a company that treats its customers with contempt. MAD DOG
