Tero,

I will be here to watch alongside with you. If QCOM is overpriced at 200 and 120. Then I can assure you NOkia is not in any good shape either. Time to reevaluate Nokia market value justification with revenue and profit growth potential.

See Nokia in court.

<However - W-CDMA was specifically designed by Nokia and Ericsson to become a
GSM upgrade technology. >

You are very comical today.<gg> W-CDMA was GSM's "Way of saving face on the outside". Period. What do you call changing a chip rate, & clock, but keeping the Air interface and other essential patents Q? An Innovation? LoL!

Tero is still like your style, though.

Tero, the person I trust to whom I referred previously was Dr. J. His wider track record? Judge for yourself.

I'm still confused. Ruffian says that DS CDMA is CDMA except for a few details. As a non-techie, I cannot evaluate what he says. I must say, however, that he provides more detail than you do. Is there a source to which you can refer me that unequivocally deals with the issue of whether GSM can migrate to 3G DS CDMA?
