Don, the more i look at the charts, the more i believe we put in a it bottom last week on the techs. The semi's have held up the best of all the techs and today intc broke the downtrendline (not much volume though, but i'm not sure that matters on a holiday week) 207.61.23.98 I think the opportunities on the short side have been exhausted and now the opportunities will be on the long side for a while. the recent eco reports have given traders the hint greenie is done tightening, so we will rally some, but later on i think we will see problems with earnings (due to strong $) and worries about eco slowdown, but let the bulls romp for now. b
