My guess is that we are in a waiting period right now. The DOJ has 20 days from the date ETEK/JDSU provided the additional information. Neither is willing to state when the DOJ got the information but since ETEK vote is now scheduled for June 28---I would be guessing that it could be anyday. I cannot image ETEK setting a date before actually digging up the documents and sending them out. I don't know if they (DOJ) can get an extension of the 20 days. If they request it, I think JDSU/ETEK will issue a press release of that. If it is approved, lookout!!!!!!
