How does anyone send out a processor that is not fully functional and what does that mean? Can the processor boot the OS? Does it do integer but not fp? I don't get it.

It doesn't sound right that AMD would send out crippled processor samples, maybe it's an issue between processor and chipset. The June 5th release will probably occur before we get to the bottom of this.
