Do you actually think that most investors would have stayed around any length of time if they had known that 60-70 MILLION shares were being dumped on them in a 12 month period of time. I know you probably still think I'm bashing here, and that's fine with me because you sure sound like a company shill...Trying to cool the marks are we???Good luck to everyone on their OTHER investments and remember that we are supposed to be our brother's keeper...You really think J&M were HONEST with us? LOL! mitchell, that's what they all say. safe harbor is a disclaimer, not a blanket forgiveness. i'd wager that the sec has already received a few notices on this one. i personally wouldn't want the sec breathing down my neck. i, like you, purchased shares in a publicly traded corporation. much of the assets of that company have been spunoff into non-trading entities. i would expect some level of accounting for that, either to the state or to the fed and to shareholders. the last official communication from the company said these entities planned to become publicly traded. i have received no communication from the company or its executives stating otherwise. cheers. gary
