The key question is: why? Why are they doing this? They are absolutely flush with cash from their IPO and their secondary, so they go partner up? JT is bringing nothing but cash to the table, gets half of any products, and has a buy-back option.

What's in it for TLRK? They could have easily funded this themselves and owned it all. (Before someone responds with a "dilution of risk" answer, I submit that a company that takes an irreversible tubulin inhibitor into the clinic is quite comfortable with risk).
