I can not imagine that they do not go with the 25 point "gentle reminder" hike. If they do nothing and we get a few more "objective reports" that the economy may be slowing, this will get really mental. Such a scenario would end badly. Maybe the greatest bubble of all time plays out this way. Get everybody back in, hell, get some new players. (Are there any Americans left who are not in the market?) Then, when all negative sentiment is washed out, kablooey. --Allan
