I did do some searching and it turns out that a number of free quote/charting services (such as Bigcharts) provide a "money flow index". But according to this definition

this figure of merit may be only coarsely approximated; I don't know if any quote services take the trouble to compute more accurate values than just averaging the high/low/closing equity price and scaling by average volume - though it wouldn't be hard to do better. Maybe in practice it doesn't matter, though large block trades at one extreme price would certainly skew things.
