Neocon, How heartwarming because I know how shunned your brother is by most people. He is so very intelligent and yet how few people will take the time to "viait" with him, It is wonderful to know that D.C. continues to be the Grand Capiital of our Nation and your brother is in a wonderful City. I have always found the D.C. Police Force very friendly and willing to do what a lot of other cities would never consider. I just wonder what your brother i thinking as he looks out over the Mall with all of it's historical "ghosts" around him ;-) <BTW> What is his name?? My Daughter who has MS is Peggy'
