I'm eyeballing QQQ July 64 puts in anticipation. They're like 15/16 x 1 1/8 now, gonna put in an order for a buck and see what happens in the next day or two. An eight-point drop in QQQ in a short period of time would double 'em.

(1 QQQ point ~= 35 NASDAQ points, so that would be about a 280-point NASDAQ drop. I expect that to happen within ten trading days, once They have decided that the month-end mark-up has served its purpose.)
