Mitchell, You just posted yesterday that they didn't do anything WRONG! I'm telling you that they most certainly did! THey hid behind that non-reporting status instead of being decent human beings and giving us(the shareholders)basic investor information like the SHARES OUTSTANDING...They also DUMPED TENS of MILLIONS of shares in a very short time frame because THEY KNEW what was going on...IMO, time will tell if these actions are legal or illegal...Good luck to everyone on your OTHER investments.
