I agree that the actual capitulation is not the issue right now. The issue is perception and the perception is that NOK and DOCOMO are in the driver's seat and not Q. That is why NOK is near their 52 week high and we are near our low. Therfore the market does not percieve a capitulation from the WCDMA forces and until it does our troubles will continue, even though we believe the market to be wrong.

A WCDMA settlement and an accelerated rollout schedule would get Q rocking again. Or a GPRS type confession that it doesn't work so good would also help.
