KAsh, OT, So as the water rolls in you will have a ring side seat and will be able to let the poor refugees use your facilities. Well, I think there will be time as it will creep up over time, but could ramp quickly if there is a major detachment of the SP cap from the bedrock...a risk, but probably 100-200 years away at present rates, however they could be a calamitous detachment due to our poor understanding of the situation that could happen anytime.
