I know a president of a small mining company and a geologist, both born in India and now Canucks. These guys can tell stories about trying to do business in India that will have you laughing so hard it hurts :-)

That is NDP government to a tee. At one point a leading member tried to use his ancestry as a justification to be held to a looser standard of ethics. The issue was that he awarded very plum taxi permits to someone who lent him money.Some people actually bought the rational. He still is a sitting member.
