I am sure the Dresden release will be before open.

The opening will be Monday Dresden time.

Seeing as they are about a day ahead the news should be all over the market.

Thats why friday is the day to make the bet if you want to play the news.

Question on Monday's announcement. Does anyone know what time the announcement is due? It could come *BEFORE* market open, or during the day.

My guess is before, since it'll be 3:30 pm in Dresden when the NYSE opens.
