InfoStream:

You provided good info, but how about these numbers:

1) The company is in a high growth sector (research has indicated an anticipated industry growth rate of 40-50%). The company is the industry leader, and expected to match the industry growth rate. I pay quite a bit of money each month for access to industry research, and it has been quite reliable in labeling general industry growth rates.

2) The company is selling at about a 30x P/E multiple.

Do you consider the company overvalued on these numbers?

The buyout is capitalism in motion. The people with the money can do these kind of transactions. It's the system that we live in.

You didn't provide any background info on yourself. I'm assuming that you still feel "icst" is overvalued. Can you give me any company that you are long, or that you feel is undervalued? Just so that I can where you are coming from. Thanks

Scum deal, but semi stocks are hot and they are capitalizing on it.
I don't know how easy it is to find a borrow on it, but the chart looks a bit dangerous, rising volume with price breaking the offering price level.....could run a bit.
Any lock-up on this one?
Best Regards,
Mike
